Randstad are thrilled to be working with an outstanding organisation in the Construction Industry who are looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Manager to join their Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Leading Organisation and grow and develop along with the company and HR team. Joining a friendly and supportive HR function, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience and support the HR Shared Services function with all HR matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of HR Administrators. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, while supporting the Head of HR Shared Services with all People matters.
- Experience as a HR Manager with Line Management experience.
- Strong Generalist experience, covering all aspects of HR.
- Experience working in a large organisation, with a Shared Service model or with multiple business units.
- Strong communication skills along with the ability to lead, coach and mentor other HR professionals.
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work in fast paced environments and prioritise effectively.
