The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a diverse product range throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Build and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
Increase market coverage and grow the active customer base
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach
Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers
Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness
Technical background or aptitude
Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
Full UK driving licence required
