What you’ll be doing:

• Producing management accounts for the group and selected portfolio companies.
• Leading on the production of the consolidation of monthly reporting
• Managing daily bookkeeping, credit card reconciliations, expenses, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partnering with divisional heads to provide insight and challenge.
• Leading year-end processes and assisting with FCA return drafting.
• Driving process improvements across finance operations.
• Supporting projects such as systems implementation and acquisitions integration.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and experienced with Xero.
• Able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Adaptable, inquisitive, and personable.
• Previous SME experience is desirable.
