Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the internal compliance tracker, escalating issues where necessary to relevant stakeholders.

* Ensure timely distribution of contracts and related documentation.

* Liaise with team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of billings and upcoming projects.

* Oversee and drive key internal programmes such as aftercare, offer management, and fee tracking.

* Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics including performance trends, averages, and ratios.

* Develop expertise in compliance-related programmes and become a go-to subject matter expert within the team.

* Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

* Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and organisation.

* Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Experience and Skills Requirements:
