Paraplanner - Mansfield, hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Salary negotiable to £50,000 plus company benefits and bonus

Mbf are working with one of our best clients to recruit an experienced Senior Paraplanner/Client Relationship Manager. The client is a national financial planning practice who have grown significantly over the past 5 years, the business has a number of offices across the country and are looking to add to their team in Mansfield.

The client is seeking to recruit a Senior/Experienced Paraplanner who is looking to have more contact with clients and have a genuine impact on the advice process. We are looking for an individual who is happy to attend client meetings with a very experienced Senior Financial Planner (both face to face & video) - you will also be a first point of contact for technical queries from clients.

In this position you will also be tasked with providing full technical paraplanning support.

Duties include:

• To assist the Financial Planner in formulating the advice to the client, taking instructions for research and/or document the advice to provide to the companies Paraplanning team.
• Attend client meetings with the Financial Planner
• Act as a first point of contact for clients (both over the phone & emails) to answer any technical queries and provide the appropriate response.
• Review client objectives ensuring they are clear, concise and achievable when compared against the client's financial circumstance.

Requirements:

• To be considered for this position you MUST be an experienced Paraplanner (at least 2 years) and will need to hold the Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum - any additional exams towards Chartered would be advantageous.
• This position would suit an individual who is looking to get more involved with the advice process, you will have the opportunity to attend client meetings and undertake technical work alongside a very successful FP.
