What you'll be doing:

As one of the dedicated Drivers, you'll play a key role in keeping communities clean and sustainable. Your responsibilities will include:

* Driving modern waste and recycling vehicles safely and professionally

* Supporting the loading and operation of vehicles during rounds

* Collecting household recycling and waste across local routes

* Providing excellent service while always following Health & Safety guidelines and contractual requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork. Ideally, you will have:

* A passion for professional driving and delivering excellent service

* Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude

* Experience in the waste industry (desirable, not essential)

* Knowledge of the local area (desirable)

* Experience with waste vehicles (training provided if needed)
