Lead Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance supervisor for a contract based in Paddington and Brentford. You will be level 3 qualified electrical with 18th edition and with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance, making sure all ppm's are completed for the SLA's, making sure all emergency lighting test's and all statutory maintenance is carried out and logged on the cafm system, plant checks, escorting and dealing with sub contractors, making sure all paperwork is completed and working with the client

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary is circa 50-55K plus, overtime and company benefits.
