If you've worked as a production operative, factory operative, warehouse operative, machine operative, or food production operative, this role could be ideal for you.

Pay rates:

* Days: £12.21 per hour

* Nights: £12.30 per hour

* After 12 weeks: £14.47 per hour

* Overtime: Up to £24.06 per hour

Shifts:

* 4 on, 4 off rotation

* 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am

Your duties as a Mixing Operative:

* Mix ingredients for sauces and seasonings following recipes

* Operate production lines safely and efficiently

* Pack and label finished products to quality standards

* Perform quality checks throughout the process

* Maintain cleanliness and report any machinery issues

What we're looking for:

* Previous production experience is helpful but not essential

* A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

* Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet during shifts
