About The Job:
Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, where your primary responsibilities will include machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across all JCB product ranges. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that requires you to build and maintain strong relationships within the service sector, ensuring a World Class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant machinery, primarily JCB products
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Liaise with the manufacturer for service solutions and technical support
Work independently and collaboratively within a team
Maintain accurate records and paperworkWorking Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30
Overtime available after 40 hours, paid at time and a half and double on SundaysRequirements:

NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent in a relevant field
Experience in construction, HGV, or agricultural heavy plant machinery sectors
Proficient in hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical systems
Full UK driving licence required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
