Overview:
 
A Market Leader in the insurance sector are currently seeking a Global Quality Assurance Reviewer to join their team to conduct claim file reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and identify opportunities for improved claim handling across all stages of a claim.

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform claim file reviews
Liaising with internal partners and passing on feedback
Reviewing trends and improvement opportunities
Preparing reports, scorecards, and trend analyses for management review
Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in casualty claims
Experience in claims auditing
Ability to speak another language is advantageous
An excellent communicator
Happy to travel when required
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals 
Package:

Up to £450 per day (Umbrella rate)
