Location: West London (Critical Hospital Environment)

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team in a critical hospital environment in West London. This is a key leadership position where you will oversee electrical systems that are vital to patient care and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical building services across the hospital estate.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Oversee maintenance, testing, and upgrades of electrical infrastructure.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Respond promptly to critical issues to maintain uninterrupted hospital operations.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

Proven experience in electrical systems within healthcare or other critical environments.

Strong knowledge of HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) and relevant UK regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects.
