Machine Tool Operator (CNC) - Night Shift
Location: Coventry (CV4 9AP)
Pay Rate: £15.30 per hour
Shift Pattern:
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Tool Operator on behalf of a well-established precision engineering and manufacturing company based in Coventry. The company specialises in the machining of high-precision metal components used within the engineering and automotive supply chain.
This role is working on a permanent night shift and requires candidates with previous CNC machining experience.
Duties will include:
Operating CNC machine tools to produce precision engineered components
Working to technical drawings and job specifications
Monitoring machine performance and product quality
Carrying out basic adjustments and tool changes where required
Ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards
Maintaining a safe and organised work area
Requirements:
Previous CNC machining / machine tool operating experience is essential
Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work the stated night shift pattern
