A new specialist provision in Brent, opens its doors this September and are proud to offer a fresh, thoughtfully designed learning environment tailored to meet the needs of children with a range of special educational needs. As they prepare to welcome there first cohort of pupils, They are seeking a committed and creative SEN English Teacher to help shape the future of the school community.
About the Role This is more than just a teaching role - it's a chance to be part of something from the ground up. As an SEN English Teacher, you will:

Design and deliver inspiring, personalised English lessons for pupils with diverse needs, including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide targeted, consistent support.

Monitor and support progress against EHCP targets, adapting approaches to ensure every pupil thrives.

Foster a classroom culture built on trust, respect, and high expectations.

Help us build a positive, inclusive learning environment where every voice is heard and every achievement is celebrated.
What We're Looking For -
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with experience teaching children with SEN, or a strong desire to develop in this area.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
