As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

• Picking products from various locations around the warehouse or putting them away
• Working towards set targeted pick rate KPI's per hour.
• Keeping the warehouse tidy as you go
• Manual handling
• Use of hand scanner technology

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• You must be physically able to lift goods.
• Must be comfortable handling alcohol due to the nature of the orders you will be picking
• Previous picking or packing experience.
• A good standard of verbal and written English
• Ability to work alone and use your own initiative
• Good numeracy skills
• The ability to work to targets
• Good time keeping and attendance

Please note there is a lot of walking and manual handling involved with this role. Previous experience within a picking or packing role is required.

Shifts we offer are as followed (these are set) -

• 6am - 2pm / 8am - 4pm / 2pm - 10pm
• Pay rates - 6am - 6pm - £12.21 / 6pm - 10pm - £12.86 / 10pm - 6am - £14.78
• Shifts are any 5 days out of 7 - please ensure you can work weekends, or you will not be invited to an induction.

Transport to the Hams Hall area is limited especially after the hours of 10pm- please ensure you can travel to B46 before you apply for this role.
