On behalf of our client school, Tradewind would like to present you with a fantastic opportunity to play a key role the progress and attainment of pupils in Early Years within a 'Good' school in Hyde,Tameside. Due to the intake of pupil numbers, the school are seeking an Early Years Teacher to play an instrumental rol in this early phase of learning. The position commences September on a full-time basis and is open to ECT's as well as teachers in a later stage of their career. The successful candidate will be a welcome addition to the department and work closely alongside other EYFS staff to make a difference to the lives and learning for the children.

As the EYFS teacher you will be expected to:
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and be committed to supporting pupils personal, social, emotional, and physical development
- Be passionate about the teaching and delivery of phonics to support reading, writing and oracy skills
- Plan engaging activities that promote the use of fine and gross motor skills
- Ask appropriate questions to encourage independent thinking and consolidate learning concepts
- Build excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues and value parents as partners in the learning process
- Create a calm, inclusive classroom space where children feel safe to partake, be themselves and unlock their individual potential
- Utilise effective behaviour management skills based on good role modelling and positive reinforcement.
