ROLES/TASKS Establishes consistent and professional relationships with KOL’s Drives sales and technology adoption in their territory Must achieve sales objectives/quota set forth by the company Effectively communicates customer feedback about the products to the company Company representative at regional and national trade shows/meetings Develops existing accounts to facilitate utilization of the entire portfolio of products Facilitates the adoption of new products at strategic accounts as needed Effectively manages administrative responsibilities: Yearly and quarterly business objective and account planning Monthly accurate forecasting of sales territory Timely expense reporting Prerequisites: Customer and Market Knowledge- Knows customer and needs, understands procedures, develops relationships with KOLs Territory Planning and Activity Execution- Determines sales target priorities to reach quota Market Development- Understands how to prioritize opportunities and field focus Familiarity with General Surgery Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 3 years (minimum) experience selling Medical Device in the Operating Room.
