We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join a School based in E4 area in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, maintaining systems, and supporting the organisation’s human resources activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic environment, contributing to efficient HR operations and employee engagement. This is a temporary to permanent post. Looking at a 36 hour week role from 8am - 4pm - may vary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update HRIS systems accordingly in the school, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with data entry related to employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities by maintaining applicant tracking systems and coordinating interviews.
• Handle administrative tasks including preparing reports, maintaining personnel files, and processing HR documentation.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
• Support onboarding programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with organisational policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative or human resources role is preferred.
• Experience with ATS management, data entry, and maintaining accurate records is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organisation.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment purposes is a plus.
• Prior experience working with HR software like Salesforce or Workday will be advantageous.
