The Opportunity:

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Mechanical Package Manager to oversee the delivery of the mechanical services package on a prestigious £300M+ mixed-use development in Central London. This iconic scheme includes high-spec commercial space, luxury residential units, and retail offerings - a true landmark in the capital.

You'll be a key figure in ensuring the smooth execution of all mechanical works, including coordination, installation, quality assurance, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full mechanical package from pre-construction through to handover.

* Coordinate and drive specialist MEP subcontractors to meet programme and quality targets.

* Liaise with design consultants, project management, and client representatives to ensure seamless delivery.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health & safety standards.

* Report on progress, risk, and performance to senior project stakeholders.

About You:

* Demonstrated experience managing mechanical packages on complex, large-scale projects (£100M+), ideally mixed-use or commercial.

* In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC, public health systems, and energy systems.

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified. Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
