Property Manager

We're looking for a confident, organised, and people-focused individual to join a friendly and growing property team in Clevedon as a Property Manager.

You don't need to come from a property background - if you've worked in a fast-paced, people-facing role, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported by an experienced and motivated team who enjoy their day to day.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing a portfolio of rental properties

* Coordinating repairs, inspections, maintenance, and compliance tasks

* Conducting property viewings and move-in/move-out appointments

* Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors

* Handling phone calls, emails, and related documentation

* Staying on top of deadlines, regulations, and admin

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong organisation and time management

* A proactive, solution-focused approach

* Attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office

* A full UK driving licence

* Experience in lettings/property management (a plus, but not required)

* The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Salary:

Basic: £23,000 - £28,000 + bonuses
