Looking for a flexible HR role where you can make a real impact?

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Co-ordinator to support and shape the day-to-day people operations of a growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting both employees and management.

Reporting directly to the Head of Technical & Compliance, you'll be trusted to take ownership of core HR activities while contributing to continuous improvement across the function.

What you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of the business, supporting a wide range of HR activities including:

* Coordinating recruitment activity, from job adverts through to onboarding

* Supporting new starters to ensure a smooth and positive induction experience

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements

* Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on policies and procedures

* Supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives

* Assisting with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes

* Helping to review and improve HR processes, systems and ways of working

* Promoting a positive, organised and compliant working environment

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings a balance of organisation, people skills and a proactive mindset:

* Previous experience in a HR support or co-ordination role

* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)

* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and calm way

* Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems

* A team player with a professional, reliable and discreet approach

* Full UK driving licence (some travel may be required)
