Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer
Location: Essex / Ipswich Area
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A growing M&E contractor is seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work across a variety of buildings including schools, universities, hotels, and garden centres, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as well as occasional installation work (Splits, Multi Splits, VRF, VRV systems).

Key Details:

* Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

* Weekend rota work will be required

* Overtime Rates: x1.5 (standard), x2 on Sundays

* Van provided

* Tools must be supplied by the engineer

* Mobile phone provided

* Travel paid after 1 hour each way

* 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

* Training and progression opportunities available

* No call-out rota

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in Air Conditioning service and maintenance

* F-Gas certified

* Experience with VRV/VRF systems, Splits, Controls, AHUs

* City & Guilds, IPAF, PASMA qualifications (desirable)

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full, clean UK driving licence

* Ambitious and proactive attitude
