Your Role Will Include:

• Working 1:1 with pupils who require consistent, calm support
• Leading small-group interventions
• Using strong behaviour management strategies
• Supporting de-escalation and emotional regulation
• Building trusting relationships to improve engagement
• Functioning as a core Teaching Assistant within a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

• Experience in SEMH, SEN, PRU or alternative provision (desirable)
• Experience in working with children/young people (essential)
• Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviour
• Strong communication, with an adaptive mindset
• A passion for inclusion and supporting young learners
