Would you like to play a key role in connecting people to vital employment and wellbeing support across Greater Manchester?

We're recruiting for a Partnership Coordinator to help build strong referral pathways into a range of employment support and wellbeing programmes. You'll be the link between local authorities, Jobcentres, health and care networks, voluntary/community organisations, and specialist providers - making sure people get access to the right support.

What you'll be doing:
Driving referrals into employment support and wellbeing contracts

Understanding different programmes and matching people to the right support

Building and maintaining partnerships with Jobcentres, local authorities, community and voluntary organisations, and health/care networks

Supporting programme performance and meeting agreed targets

About you: You'll be confident, flexible, and proactive, with experience of partnership or stakeholder engagement in the employability, health, or voluntary/community sector. This role could suit someone who has worked as an Employment Advisor, Employer Engagement Officer, Partnership Coordinator, Engagement Worker, Keyworker, or similar.
