We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a new build steel frame construction project in Livingston.

This is a 3-month contract starting 6th August 2025, offering a great opportunity to work with an established contractor on a fast-paced build programme.

Start Date: 6th August 2025

Duration: Approx. 3 months

*

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

*

Rate: £25-£26 per hour (CIS or PAYE options)

👷 Role Overview:
You will support the Site Manager in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of site presentation and progress.

✅ Requirements:

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

Valid First Aid at Work certificate

*

Experience on steel frame or similar commercial build projects

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to lead by example and ensure a safe, productive site environment

📍 Location:
Livingston - must be able to commute daily.
