Romano Education is recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Blackpool this September. The successful Teaching Assistant will be expected to work closely with the class teacher, supporting pupils across Key Stages in small groups and one-to-one.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist with behaviour management, learning interventions, and general classroom support. The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant who can bring positivity, resilience, and strong communication skills to the role.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or in a similar child-centred role within the last 2 years

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills

• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
