Salary: £28,500 per annum (competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Availability: Must be able to work every Saturday or Sunday (day or waking night shifts)

CAMHS Professionals are recruiting 3 experienced Senior or Team Leader Support Workers on behalf of a leading children's residential provider. The service supports children and young people with complex needs, including trauma, ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours, offering a therapeutic and structured care environment.

We are looking for strong, experienced individuals who can confidently lead shifts, mentor staff, and contribute to delivering exceptional standards of care and safeguarding.

Key Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People

*

Previous experience at Senior or Shift Leader level in a children's residential setting

*

Strong written communication and computer skills

*

Clear, legible handwriting for accurate reporting

*

Confident leadership and ability to lead a team
