Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You will also assist in Collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Salary is TBD based on experience.

Soda Service provides sales, service, leasing and rentals of refrigerated equipment and beverage systems. We also install and provide regular maintenance for such machines. Our beverage products, include brand name syrups, as well as we manufacture our own private label syrups, juices and gases for beverage-dispensing systems. We also sell and rent parts for a wide range of beverage dispensing and cooling systems. Our customers can vouch for the quality of our equipment and the dependability of our maintenance and supply service. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for customers who have our equipment.
