Take ownership of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality systems across several UK sites. You'll keep compliance tight today - and develop into a Senior SHEQ or Auditing role tomorrow.

Day-to-day focus

Maintain incident, audit and training logs; extract data for monthly KPI packs and board reports.
Own Eco-Online & Chemical Manager: create dashboards, resolve user queries, train colleagues.
Schedule toolbox talks, noise surveys, PUWER/DSEAR checks, insurance inspections.
Help roll out new policies, campaigns and e-learning; support accident investigations.
Keep PPE, asset registers and close-out actions up to date.

What you'll bring

SHEQ / H&S administration or coordination
Proficiency with MS Office and cloud databases
Confident communicator who can influence shop-floor teams and liaise with senior leadership.
Self-starter who spots process improvements and meets deadlines.
Ability to commute to Swadlincote daily during probation; full UK work rights.
