City of London | £39,000 + Overtime | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | On-Call Rota (£100 Retainer)

We're on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to take charge of two premium commercial office buildings in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the nation's top FM provider, offering a structured path to supervisory roles, industry-recognised training, and a rewarding benefits package.

Role Overview:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across mechanical and electrical plant systems

*

Keeping site logbooks and documentation fully up to date

*

Providing day-to-day support to clients and tenants with a professional, can-do attitude

*

Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 2 weeks) - with a £100 standby payment

What We're Looking For:

*

A strong building services background (electrical and/or mechanical bias)

*

Excellent knowledge of plant systems such as HVAC, pumps, FCUs, lighting, and BMS controls

*

Proven experience in commercial FM environments

*

Great communication and client-facing skills
