Freelance Site Manager Required - Immediate Start (13th April)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to start on Monday 13th April for a 14-week project in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Project Details:

* Project: Warehouse refurbishment

* Replacement of three pitched roofs

* Cleaning of an additional roof

* Electrical lighting upgrades

* Floor repainting in one unit

* Roofing & scaffolding by specialist contractor (Trac Roofing)

* QA system: Procore

Key Requirements:

* Strong Health & Safety management

* Good quality control and attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to manage site activities and coordinate subcontractors effectively

* Reliable “hands-on” approach - keeping the job running smoothly day-to-day

Duration: 14 weeks
Start Date: Monday 13th April
Rate: Competitive (circa £300+ per day, depending on experience)
