Registered Manager - Ofsted | up to £62,000 PA | Learning Disabilities Home | East Midlands

We are seeking a passionate, caring and knowledgeable Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed residential home for young people with Learning Disabilities, located in the East Midlands.

The home has been open for around 12 months and is rated GOOD by Ofsted with an on-site education provision. They have recruited highly experienced and stable staff with a brilliant Deputy Manager in place to provide support and continuity.

Out client believes in the importance of balance, ensure young people have a quite place to play, including a fun lively area. Its space is designed with care, where young people can thrive and grow in a supportive and homely environment.

Ofsted Registered Manager duties:

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home;
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of staff to provide a safe and quality support;
Ensure care plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, promotes their well-being and development, and fosters positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies;
Accountable for managing safeguarding procedures, staff training, and promoting a culture of respect, safety, and empowerment within the home.Ofsted Registered Manager, must have:

OFSTED: 3 years' experience (required)
In post as a deputy manager of a children's home: 2 years (required)
A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation.
Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
