Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

This is a great opportunity to join a continuously growing well known manufacturer, offering a position with long term stability.  The company invest heavily in their team and facilities.

The successful Electrical Engineer will have an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent, although those with and HND will still be considered. You will have working knowledge of up to date legislation including ATEX, Dsear, Hazop etc.  Some leadership experience will be required.

Working knowledge of instrumentation and control systems such as mass, temperature, pressure and flow systems is required along with knowledge of PLC control systems and HMI. Those who have worked in chemical processing facilities, or other processing/liquid manufacturing that revolve around hazardous areas will be suited. You will be CompEx qualified.

The Electrical Engineer Role:

* To maintain, develop and ensure compliance with all necessary statutory electrical requirements across site.
* Ensuring all electrical drawings and related documentation is up to date and fully compliant.
* To offer electrical fault finding and troubleshooting support for all site plant and equipment for the electrical technicians and engineering as a whole.
* Development of site maintenance schedules alongside the site services and mechanical engineer.
* Setting standards and SOP's across site, to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
* Organise, supervise and coordinate third part electrical contractor support when required.

The Successful Electrical Engineer:
