A top-performing and academically ambitious secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking exceptional graduates to join them from September 2025 in full-time, term-time only roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving training and mentoring, with a clear route into teacher training (Schools Direct, PGCE, or salaried options) the following year.

• Join a subject-specialist department (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)

• Support pupils across KS3-KS4, with some exposure to KS5

• Deliver small-group interventions, support in-class teaching, and help plan lessons

• Receive ongoing CPD, training, and mentoring from experienced educators

• Contribute to a culture of academic excellence and high expectations

• £110-£120 per day (depending on experience)

• Term-time only (Monday to Friday, full-time)

• Start Date: September 2025

• Excellent experience for those applying to teacher training in 2026

• 2:1 or First-Class Degree from a Russell Group university

• Strong academic background (AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
