Location: L18 Liverpool, Contract: Full-timeTerm-time onlySalary:£95 per dayAbout the Role:We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join an L18-based school, to provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream primary school. This role is vital in helping children access learning and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions for pupils with SEN, including those with autism, speech and language delays, and social/emotional needs.
• Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual education plans.
• Support pupils with communication, sensory, and behavioural challenges using appropriate strategies.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines where required.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Promote inclusion and positive behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Education) preferred.
