TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading law firm who are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team, working closely with a Partner on a broad range of commercial property matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of commercial property law within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will assist the Partner with a varied caseload, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Property finance and secured lending
• Development projects
• Title investigations and due diligence

You will be actively involved in transactions from instruction through to completion, gaining valuable exposure to high-quality work.

About You

• Previous experience in a commercial property role (paralegal or legal assistant)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach
