The Role
You will be responsible for gas servicing, heating breakdown repairs, and planned maintenance across a varied housing portfolio. With access to the latest tools, equipment, and technology, you will work efficiently, meeting compliance requirements while providing a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out gas servicing, repairs, and maintenance to properties
Complete planned maintenance checks, replace parts, and repair leaks
Install and repair heating system pipework and components
Advise residents on gas safety and energy efficiency best practice
Use iPad-based systems to update service records in real time
Ensure compliance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations and internal standards
Maintain safe working practices at all timesWhat You'll Receive

Salary up to £44,520 per annum (DOE)
£335 yearly tool allowance

Essential qualifications:

CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
CENWAT1 - Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
MET1 - Meters
CKR1 - Domestic Cookers
HTR1 - Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing (or equivalent) preferred
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Experience in gas servicing and breakdown repairsDesirable

Experience within social housing
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confident using IT devices such as iPadsCompliance
This role is subject to a licence check, verification of qualifications, and a basic DBS check.
