Are you passionate about outdoor learning and making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Forest School Leader to join our dedicated team at a nurturing and innovative special school in Yateley.

We are a vibrant special school supporting children and young people with a range of complex learning needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our outdoor learning ethos is at the heart of everything we do, and we are proud to offer an engaging, therapeutic, and nature-based approach to education.
🌱 The Role:
As our Forest School Leader, you will:

Plan and deliver inspiring Forest School sessions tailored to the individual needs of our pupils.
*
Foster confidence, independence, and resilience through hands-on learning experiences in our on-site woodland areas.
*
Work closely with teaching and support staff to integrate outdoor learning across the curriculum.
*
Maintain safe, inclusive, and enriching outdoor environments.
🌼 What We're Looking For:
*
Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification (essential).
*
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
*
Strong understanding of nature-based learning and child-led approaches.
*
Creativity, empathy, and a passion for outdoor education.
*
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
