The Role We are seeking to appoint a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school. This is a key front-of-house role, providing a warm and efficient service to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
You will be responsible for managing the school’s reception area, handling telephone and email enquiries, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, the receptionist plays a vital role in upholding the school’s values and creating a positive first impression.
What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems (training provided)
- Can manage a busy workload with professionalism and attention to detail
- Is calm, approachable, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Has previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (desirable)
