Our client is manages aa university in South West London and they are looking to hire an experienced Building Services Engineer.

As the Building Services Engineer, you will be expected to carry out routine and reactive maintenance around the campus. Your role will includes but not be limited to doing PPMs and checks on AHU, HVAC, Electrical, Blockages, leaks, replacing valves, P&D and other minor repairs. It's all 1st fix and making safe.

You can be part qualified for this role as long as you're multi-skilled, have a good understanding of building services, a can-do attitude, and will work as part of a team

Our client is offering:

* £36,000 basic

* Mon - Fri (8am - 4.30pm)

* On call, 1 week in every 6-8 weeks £300, extra for call outs.

* Overtime available

* Pension

* Training and development if required
