Reed is looking for a passionate and driven Community Sport & Wellbeing Coordinator to join a prestigious business dedicated to transforming lives through sport and physical activity.

In this exciting and rewarding role, you’ll design, deliver, and manage inclusive sport and wellbeing sessions that empower individuals and promote positive mental and physical health. You’ll work closely with local communities, partners, and volunteers to build strong, supportive networks and drive meaningful change.

? What You’ll Need

Qualifications & Training

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Safeguarding qualification
  • Full, valid driving licence

Experience

  • 2+ years working with vulnerable and diverse communities
  • Strong background in safeguarding and health & safety
  • Experience delivering sport/physical activity sessions
  • Proven ability to motivate and empower individuals
  • Skilled in building partnerships and managing volunteers
  • Confident handling confidential data in line with GDPR

Skills & Competencies

  • Creative thinker and supportive team player
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Tech-savvy with good computer literacy
  • Personal or professional understanding of mental health and wellbeing
