Our client is a fast growing developer, focusing on building sustainable, eco friendly homes in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based out of their head offices in Milton Keynes.

The candidate will manage 2 projects. One project is an 80 unit, RC Frame development and the other is 120 unit RC Frame.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing traditional build developments of a similar scale. Experience with a large developer/principle contractor is desired but not essential.

In return our client is offering a basic salary of £75k + full package
