About the Role

We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us find and develop new business opportunities, while also building strong relationships with existing customers.

This is a great opportunity if you're confident, target-driven, and want to grow your sales career in a supportive and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing

* Find new business leads across the South London area

* Reach out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn

* Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services

* Reconnect with old or inactive customers to explore new opportunities

* Book in meetings, "lunch & learns", and training sessions (CPDs) with clients

* Build strong, trusted relationships - acting more as a helpful consultant than just a sales rep

* Work closely with your Business Development Manager to grow sales year after year

* Keep our CRM system updated with accurate lead and customer info

* Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity

* Share helpful info to educate and engage prospects

* Use social media to find new leads and promote what we do
