We are representing a global leader in education, who provide education for over 80,000 learners every year across 150 countries. Our client is on the look out for a BID Coordinator who will report into the BID Manager and play a crucial role in the BID/Tendering process for both private and public sector clients.

* Bid Co-ordinator is responsible for organising bid activity following a defined process, delivering industry leading document submissions, and facilitating the production of high quality bid and pre-qualification (PQQ) questionnaire responses. The Bid Coordinator, supported by Bid Manager, will advise on bid governance, and provide administrative assurance of bids and PQQs.
* They will support all stages of the tendering process, working closely with staff at all levels across a range of company Group wide teams to ensure BIDs are submitted in line with client or procurement requirements and to specified deadlines.
* With such ambitious B2B growth targets, the BID Coordinator will also be focussed on identifying new business opportunities through the BID portals to proactively drive revenue, either through orchestrating a response via the Business Development team or where appropriate respond to public sector tenders directly.

Bid Project Management
* Preparation, administration and planning of bid projects
* Planning and tracking of agreed internal and external bid delivery dates and ensuring completeness and consistency of the respective contributors across the company
* Contribute to writing, editing and production of submission documents as required
* Carry out independent and critical reviews of submission documents
* Attend post tender review meetings to determine lessons learnt and ensure these are fed back into subsequent submission
* Ensure that company branding is correctly applied to all materials produced locally
* Co-ordinate bid kick-off meetings working with Bid Manager, Bid Owner, and Bid Sponsor
* Undertake market analysis, identifying potential areas for business growth
* Manage the bid portals and complete supplier questionnaires / pre-qualification questionnaires to help the business join new portals and dynamic purchasing systems/preferred supplier lists
* Ensure contracts and internal signoffs are carried out in a timely manner
* Analyse bid KPIs and bid tracker to create management reports Bid Document Management
* Planning and ownership of the handling the documents (filing structure, naming conventions, responsibilities) including ownership of bid collaboration portal for document management and effective collaborative working
* Collects, prepares, and integrates standard proposal content as well as customised bid content for submission
* Closure of bid projects (provision of content for re-use into bid library)
* Oversee the maintenance of a bid library of high-quality materials
