🔧 What You'll Be Doing

This is a full 360° recruitment role - but done properly.

You'll:

* 🤝 Build long-term relationships with clients who value quality over speed

* 🎯 Scout, attract, and represent top White Collar Construction talent

* 🧠 Interview and assess candidates with a consultative, expert-led approach

* 🧩 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

* 📈 Provide real market insight, not generic sales talk

* 🙌 Collaborate with a supportive team who champion each other's success
