If you enjoy solving problems and bringing technical ideas to life, this role will suit you. As a Mechatronics Applications Engineer/Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert helping customers get more out of their machines. From design to implementation, you'll show them how to cut costs, boost efficiency, and keep operations running smarter.

You won't just be talking theory, you'll be hands-on in showing what's possible. That means providing pre-sales technical support, guiding clients through the machine lifecycle, and backing it all up with clear demonstrations of how mechatronic solutions reduce costs and improve performance. You'll also work closely with sales teams, partners, and stakeholders, making sure every solution you present is not only technically sound but commercially valuable.

What you'll need

Strong business development skills, persistent, adaptable, and commercially aware.

Background in mechatronics, independent cart technology, and automation/controls.

*

HNC/HND (or equivalent) in electrical engineering is advantageous.

*

A confident communicator who can influence at the director level.

*

Problem-solver who can stand up to challenges and deliver practical solutions.
