Join a dynamic team as an Aftersales Advisor, where no two days are the same! You'll be the friendly face and trusted voice for customers, ensuring their service, repair, and maintenance needs are met with professionalism and care. From booking appointments to explaining work carried out, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our workshop team to keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Understanding and qualifying the customers service/repair requirements, advising on estimates of both time and cost to set expectations accordingly.

* Listening to customers, understanding their service and repair needs, and providing clear estimates of time and cost to set accurate expectations.

* Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, promoting the benefits of our products and services, and ensuring all payments, discounts, and procedures are processed correctly.

* Managing parts efficiently — from accurate ordering and checking to stock control — and reporting any discrepancies or damages to the Aftersales Manager.

* Organising additional services such as loan cars, delivery, or collection when required to make the customer experience seamless.

* Coordinating workshop schedules, monitoring progress, and keeping customers updated on any additional work or costs before issuing invoices.

* Preparing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.

* Collaborating closely with the dealership team to deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and people skills

* A passion for cars and customer care

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Previous automotive or customer service experience (advantageous)
