Over the past few years we have expanded from our roots as a family run restaurant in Asia into Southern California and now have 4 locations in the market with another one on the way in the near future. We are continuing to grow and are always looking for Managers that are ready to advance their careers.

- Restaurant Kitchen Manager: Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager in a Full Service or Upscale Casual concept; corporate chain background a plus
- Restaurant Manager: Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service or Upscale Casual concept; corporate chain background a plus
- High volume background; must have Management experience in restaurants doing over $5 million in sales per year
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Restaurant Manager & Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
