Fomac agency require an experienced contracts manager. This role will be based in central London. The job will be a high standard mansion house project refurbishment and a successful applicant will have:
- minimum of 5 years experience working as a contracts manager
-hold a valid CSCS
-excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of health and safety legislation and construction regulations
-Right to work in the UK
