An experienced Senior Project Manager is required to join a leading Manchester-based construction consultancy delivering large-scale residential and education developments. This Senior Project Manager role will see the Senior Project Manager leading projects up to £100m in value. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager will manage complex schemes across build-to-rent, city-centre residential and education projects. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior staff and play a client-facing leadership role.

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery

• Manage consultant and contractor teams

• Oversee JCT Design & Build contracts

• Control programme, cost and risk

• Report directly to key clients

• 6+ years' consultancy experience

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM

• Strong residential or education project history

• Leadership capability

• £60,000 - £75,000
