Property Manager (2 Positions Available)

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm | Office Based

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Property Managers to join a busy and professional lettings team based in Stoke Poges.

The successful candidates will each manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, ensuring excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining full legal and regulatory compliance.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties

Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Handle tenancy agreements and documentation in line with the Housing Act 1988

Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors

Arrange and conduct property inspections

Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations

Oversee rent collection, chase arrears, implement payment plans, and manage annual rent reviews

Manage deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes

Maintain accurate records and update property management systems

Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Requirements

Proven UK experience as a Property Manager

Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation

Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience using property management software (PayProp, Rezi, Fixflo or similar)

ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards) desirable

Full UK driving licence required
